​Therapy Intensives

What is an Intensive?

The therapist and client dedicate focused, intensive sessions—known as "intensives"—to work through specific issues. These extended sessions can lead to meaningful breakthroughs, support personal growth through trauma, and accelerate progress on your therapy journey.​

What is the Purpose?

During intensives, you and your therapist will work through past wounds, process body distress, and address recent or past trauma, helping you move forward when you feel stuck. Your therapist will tailor each session to your specific needs, using a range of expert approaches to support your progress. The extended, focused time allows for deeper work and faster breakthroughs compared to traditional weekly sessions. It also provides the space to tackle more complex issues at a pace that feels right for you. Depending on your readiness, resources, and emotional awareness, intensives can offer the equivalent of six to nine months of therapy in a condensed format.​

Individual Counselling
